MAP: Masculine Amplification Practices
A 9-Week Men’s Cohort / Georgetown, TX / Fall 2025 Founders Cohort
Reconnect to Your Own Masculine Truth
Not someone else’s version. Not a stereotype. Not a performance.
MAP is an immersive, land-based experience that blends physical challenge, deep emotional work, and nature connection to help you explore what it means to be a man - on your terms.
Through rucking, cold plunge, archery, and grounded conversation, you’ll build your own inner MAP - not through imitation, but initiation.
The 3 Core Practices
Rucking
Loading our bodies with weight and walking/running in nature isn’t just a great workout - it’s an embodied metaphor. Learn what you’ve been carrying, and what you can finally set down
Cold Plunge
Train your nervous system to meet discomfort with presence. Connect to the body’s truth when the mind wants to run. Your ability to self regulate is your key to freedom.
Archery
Posture, breath, and focus - Learn to attune to the nuance of your form and how it impacts the trajectory of your arrow. The potency of your life’s aim isn’t all that different.
The 3 Core Principle
Know Yourself Deeply
Reconnect to the clarity and confidence that comes from inner alignment.
Learn to pause and respond—not just react—from a place of grounded clarity
Recognize and work with the competing drives inside you (the critic, the achiever, the avoider)
Drop the performance mask and build a deeper sense of self-trust
Practice powerful self-reflection without shame, blame, or analysis paralysis
Develop a strong internal compass that can guide you through conflict, chaos, or transition
Build emotional resilience and spaciousness so you can face discomfort without shutting down or escaping
Lead in Relationship
Cultivate the capacity to lead with strength and humility—in your family, your work, and your community.
Learn how to hold tension in relationships without collapsing or controlling
Break old relational patterns you inherited—and choose how you show up today
Stop outsourcing your sense of value or leadership to others' approval
Understand what systems you’re a part of (family, team, marriage)—and how to shift them with presence, not pressure
Build the courage to set boundaries, repair harm, and speak truthfully—without burning bridges
Grow your capacity to influence without overpowering—and connect without losing yourself
Return to the Wild
Reclaim your relationship with the natural world—and your own physical strength.
Train your body in the elements—rucking, breath, calisthenics, and real-world strength
Relearn how to listen to the land and your instincts—not just your calendar or metrics
Experience clarity through movement, nature, and presence—not just talk
Discover what becomes clear when you take space away from screens, noise, and obligation
Build rituals that ground you in rhythm, seasonality, and aliveness
Move beyond "optimization" into embodiment—where your presence leads, not your performance
What You’ll Walk Away With
A clearer mind and more grounded leadership
Stronger, steadier relationships at home and at work
A body trained for resilience and nervous system regulation
A deep sense of clarity and connection that doesn’t rely on performance

Mentor • Coach • Men's Work Facilitator
I work with high-performing men who feel like they’ve hit the wall. From the outside, they look successful—but inside, they’re running on fumes, stuck in their heads, and disconnected from what really matters. I know the terrain—and I’ve spent the better part of a decade helping men find their way back to themselves.
I’ve trained for over 8 years in parts-based, depth-oriented coaching models, with ongoing consultation from senior practitioners. My work is deeply informed by approaches that build self-trust, emotional clarity, and internal leadership—without slipping into self-help clichés or therapeutic jargon.
I’ve also spent 4+ years studying intergenerational family systems, working with mentors and consultants to understand how the roles we play in our families and relationships shape our leadership in the world. That training grounds everything I do in clarity, accountability, and compassion—especially in relationships.
I’m a co-founder of Men's Work TX, a nonprofit dedicated to building a culture of grounded, powerful, and compassionate men across Texas. I’ve facilitated men’s retreats, and spoken publicly on masculinity, mentorship, and the crisis of connection in modern male life.
I live on the land where this work happens—where men come to breathe, move, reflect, and return to themselves. This isn’t about optimization. It’s about initiation.
If you're ready to walk through the fire—I'm ready to walk with you.
